Metallica's official website just announced that the MusiCares MAP fund will honor Ozzy Osbourne on May 12th in Los Angeles, and Metallica will be in attendance.
The MusiCares MAP fund helps members of the music industry gain access to addiction recovery treatment and sober living resources.
Ozzy will be the recipient of this year's Stevie Ray Vaughan Award, an honor bestowed on James n 2006.
The MusiCares MAP Fund benefit will take place at the Nokia Theater in L.A. on May 12th.
